Sailor’s Seam Rubber 4-1/2″ Long
$30.00
Made in the USA
Seam rubbers were used to crease heavy sail cloth flat to make it easier to sew a seam. This seam rubber is hand made of various hard woods that fits well into a man’s hand. Each is individually hand made in the Virginia Territory so variations are the rule. These are inspired by various originals in private collections. For example you might take a look at a wood seam rubber for sale at BADA and made of whalebone at Invaluable.
